FAQs: Insurance
What kind of insurance defense cases do you accept?
Any case where an insurance company, or self-insured company, will be subject to financial loss due to fraud or potential fraud. Whether it be worker’s comp, other accident injuries, civil liability in a criminal matter, or theft, if a claim could potentially be fraudulent, we have the investigative solution for you. At this time, we do not accept arson investigations.
How do you handle surveillance assignments?
Surveillance assignments are assigned to individual investigators licensed in the specific states where the surveillance is to be conducted. Any surveillance assignment’s actual scope would depend upon the claim’s nature, a client’s specific needs, and any information already known about a particular claimant.
How do you report your results?
We have a secured, web-based case management system where our clients may review all approved photos, videos, and report entries. Upon completion of an assignment, professionally drafted written reports are provided in PDF format. For more information about our reporting procedures, or to inquire about a specific need, please call us at 214-785-4504.
Are you available to testify?
Yes. Our file supervisors are always available to testify. In most instances, field investigators are available for testimony, as well.
How much do you charge?
It all depends upon your investigative needs. Please call us at 214-785-4504, so we can learn your needs and then give you our fees.
